Prospective tenants will need to have an income three times the rental rate. Each tenant is going through a rigorous Credit, Criminal & Background check to include a check on previous evictions.
The keys to a successful rental is clear communication and expectations. Our rental application, as well as our Tenant Handbook given to all tenants, makes it clear to each tenant what is expected.
Additionally, we have a responsibility to our tenants to provide them with quality service as well. When they have problems or service requests, we respond rapidly. We will respond to all service requests within 24 hours, but, in most cases within an hour.
Similar to the owners, the tenants have an online portal that provides them access to their tenant information as well. They can view a statement showing charges and payments, as well as make a maintenance repair request. Tenants can access their portal here:
