By syndicating your home or listing all over the web, and using plenty of pictures to highlight your home, we’ll generate the interest necessary to get your property rented.
The successful rental of your property begins with proper advertising. We know where to advertise to get the best results. Our property managers thoroughly familiarize themselves with each property and know-how to show them to their best advantage.
The next important step in a successful rental is tenant screening. Every prospective renter must fill out an application and pass our extensive screening process. As many Landlords know, the proper and careful screening of tenant candidates is the first, and many consider, the most important step in having a successful rental.
We will handle all paperwork associated with the rental of your unit from application to lease.
We understand the value of your property and the importance of maintenance to protect it. We also understand the importance of performing these tasks in a timely manner that keeps the renter satisfied. Keeping track of the condition of your property is important. There’s no substitute for a physical inspection of a property. Your rental property will be inspected a minimum of every six months, and more frequently if required. The inspection includes both the inside and outside of the property.
Accounting and Rent Collection
All aspects of rent collection are part of the services offered. Payments are due by the 1st of each month. Whether payments are on time, late, partial, or unpaid we will take the appropriate action. If it becomes necessary, we will take the steps necessary for the eviction of non-paying tenants.
We do all of the accounting associated with your rental property. All that you have to do is read the reports supplied to you each month. The reports that you receive can be customized to meet your needs with everything from property rental history to tax information. Our state-of-the-art accounting software system has been designed with the property owner in mind. Additionally, you, as the owner, will have 24/7 online access to your property’s accounting & balance sheet.
